Below is a break down of the items included in your place on the run

Track Time:

• 2-3 Laps of Silverstone 
• 30mins (minimum) of the Nurburgring Mini Only Time!
• 2 Laps of Spa Francorchamps (TBC)
• 2 Laps of Brands Hatch (TBC)

Merchandise:

• T-Shirt for each runner (so thats 2 Shirts for 2 people/Car)
• Silver Ring Rally Run Plaque, numbered with your run number
• 2x Silver Ring Rally Window Stickers
• 2x SRR 2009 Car Run Number Stickers (new for 2009)

Camping and Accommodation:

• Hotel on the Thursday night (outbound)*
• Camping from Friday 12noon to Monday 12noon for each person booked
• Hotel on the Monday Night (Return)*

* Our aim is to have all runners booked in the same hotel and aim to have every room with en-suite

Travel:

• Ferry Crossing Return
• Cover from the Silver Ring Rally Spares Pack*

* To qualify for this your car has to pass scrutineering at Silverstone

Run Pack*:

• Maps
• Directions
• European Guides for travel
• Area Information (things to do etc)
• Silver Ring Rally 2009 Itinerary

Food & Drink:

• BBQ food ticket for each runner (TBC) 
• Free Drink ticket at the Bar (provided by campsite)
• Free Toasting Drink

 

Our aims and Conditions:

• To run the Event in July or August 2009, we will NOT clash with the IMM mini 50 event.The Date will be confirmed before or at Bingley Hall show in January 2009 along with final costs

• To keep the costs at a minimum and aim to Keep the cost of two people in a car under £350, and one person in a car under £295.

• Remaining balance/Full payment Must be made by May 1st 2009 June 1st 2009

• Runners Questionaire must be completed and returned by June 1st 2009

• Runners must have all Mandatory items and be in a legal Road worthy car or you will be unable to take part in the event, these are checked at Silverstone

• Runners must provide a copy of Key documents to group leaders or you will be unable to take part

If you are unable to provide and complete the above you will be unable to take part in the event and any monies paid will be lost.
